Meet the Designer

Jonathan Sikora

LIGHTING DESIGNER & PRODUCTION SPECIALIST

Raised south of Boston, Jonathan began working in lighting design in 2010. His experience spans theater, dance, attractions, and live entertainment, with professional work involving Busch Gardens, Boston Arts Academy, and ZACH Theatre.

His background in lighting design, production electrics, and project management gives him a perspective on both the creative decisions that shape a performance and the practical work needed to deliver it.

Today, Jonathan brings that experience to Sik Lights & Production with a collaborative, hands-on approach—helping clients move from an initial idea to an experience that feels purposeful and complete.

Sik Lights & Production is a family-owned company led by Jonathan and Norma Sikora. We're guided by a simple idea: do good work, treat people well, and be thoughtful with the time, trust, and resources clients place in our hands.

That means listening before proposing a solution, being straightforward about what a production needs, and caring about the result long after the equipment has been set.

Some projects call for a designer and a focused plan. Others need additional technicians, specialized equipment, or production partners. We bring together the right people and resources for the work—without losing the personal relationship at its center.

Lighting is our specialty, with sound, video, and broader production support available when the project calls for it.
